She holds a B.A. in international relations and "Amirim" program from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a M.A. in Coexistence and Conflict Resolution from Brandeis University in the USA. During her studies in the U.S. she also gained expertise in community organizing at the Harvard Kennedy School (HKS) and is currently involved as a researcher in a research project at HKS on the motivational aspects of activism. Inbal's work and research interests focus on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and potential resolution. She has worked as project manager at the Peres Center for Peace, bringing together Israeli and Palestinian youth, directed a national field campaign in the 2015 Israeli elections, and trained civil society actors from Israel, the MENA region, and the USA, on leadership and community organizing.
