Gayle Meyers is Director of Development at Mitvim. She began her career as a policy analyst in the U.S. Department of Defense. She later directed the Middle East Regional Security program of Search for Common Ground, a nongovernmental conflict-transformation organization. In Israel, she entered the realm of resource development and raised funds to enable Israeli civil-society organizations such as the Abraham Initiatives and Shatil to accomplish their goals. Most recently, she served as development director for Kol HaNeshama Reform congregation. She received a master's degree from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University and lives in Jerusalem with her family.
