The joint peace and security Unit of the Berl Katznelson Foundation, in collaboration with the Mitvim Institute, advances “The Israeli Initiative” – a strategic paradigm designed to ensure sustainable Israeli security and to promote a resolution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
This initiative is grounded in three core principles: halting annexation policies, adopting an updated regional approach, and strengthening a
moderate Palestinian partner as a vital Israeli security interest.
The Unit carries out its mission through policy development, close engagement with decision-makers and professionals in Israel and the
international community, and extensive public outreach.
