Elianne Shewring

Elianne Shewring is a researcher at Mitvim. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Auckland, New Zealand, and a master’s degree in International Security (with a specialization in Intelligence) from Massey University, New Zealand. Elianne’s main areas of expertise are international security, technology, governance, and policy. She previously worked in the public and private sectors in Israel, New Zealand, and Germany, in domains including the military, border security, and cybersecurity.
