Phoebe holds two honors degrees from Tel Aviv University: a BA in Psychology and Israel Studies, and an MA in Security and Diplomacy. Prior to her studies at Tel Aviv University, Phoebe studied anthropology at Brandeis University, where she held leadership positions in several student organizations advocating Israeli-Palestinian coexistence. After completing her MA, Phoebe worked as a research assistant in the Tel Aviv University political science department, contributing to various studies focused on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Phoebe also authored two published op-eds analyzing right-wing extremism in Israeli society.
